ok so i am 13 and a girl. i wiegh 110. I am 5'3. I need to loose wieght because i feel like my legs are really fat and i am starting to see my stomch get bigger. i need help cuz i need to tone my thighs and idk how to. I WANT TO GET READY FOR SUMMER!!!! i want to have a good nicely toned body for the summer. my butt look like it has dimples when i where short shorts or a bathing suit. Try cutting soda Ect. out of your diet, stretch everyday 3 times a day, and work out maybe run, or job a few miles per day. it isnt easy but the simplest things work the best.
