i am 13 years old about 5'6 and i weight 160 pounds at school we did a blood pressure test and my blood pressuer is 131/92 that iz not healthy at all :( i really wanted to loose weight since i was 12 but i'm afraid to share this with anyone related to me or my friends because i'm afraid of humiliation in school i hang out with 7 girls and i am heavier than 4 of them and i think thats bad because i want to be the smallest and the smallest one weighs 120 and is a little taller than i am

Your blood pressure is high for a 13 year old. Excess salt consumption causes water to accumulate in the body and may be the cause of your high blood pressure. I suspect a lot of your excess weight is water weight. You need to cut down on salt consumption. Talk to your mom about using salt-free spices in her cooking. Avoid drinking pops that are high in sugar.
