I turned 16 two months ago
my penis is 2 inch flaccid and 3 inch hard
i just growed some armpit hair and have no facial hair except for some mustace which just noticed today
i have some pubs which have recntly started increasing
i am a late bloomer and when i musturbate some watery stick sperms come out not the white cream you see in movies
Now I really want some advice from fellow late bloomers will i grow in. penis size? If so how much ?

Don't worry so much about the flaccid penis size. It varies in all men. When erect, the average penis is 5 -5 1/2". Yes, you can still grow. Your penis can grow into your early 20's.
It does appear as if you are a "late bloomer." You are clearly in puberty however and things should start changing rapidly.
Don't compare yourself to others. We are all unique individuals.
Semen isn't always thick white. It varies considerably, even day to day.
