hi im 18 weeks pregnant and have been getting pains on my right side for about a week now usually after iv'e had my dinner but since last nite iv'e had it constantly,iv tried taking paracetamol but it has'nt really helped,i thaught it was just my baby growing but im starting to worry now.
Any advice would be much appreciated
