I have this problem and I urinate out of both holes but the second smaller one urinates almost backwards and it is extremely annoying as it sometimes causes me to pee on my hand! If there is any way to fix this without surgery I will be thankful because I am only 16 and too embarrassed to tell my parents about this.

I went to the emergency room today, because i was taking a anti for a uti and i only had one pill left and still had a little discomfort when i pee. Along time ago I had my hole close up and I couldnt pee and it hurt when I did. I had to go to surgery for 2 days and they opened it back up but man did it hurt.
