Trying for our 3rd, I'm 39 & I do have pcos, went off bc about 2 or 3 months ago..take metformin to keep me regular, but this month nothing but cramps & backaches. On my 3rd day of missed period, pg test neg. some are saying to wait a week or more, due to low levels & don't exactly know when fertilization may have occuried. Help me keep my hopes up. Thank u.
