Hi, i have recently found out that i have three kidneys, two on the left and one on the right. However in one of the kidneys on the left i have a blockage, this isn't stones. I am currently waiting for more tests to see what it is.
I am 20 years old and have always had problems with going to the toilet such as going alot through the day and waking up several times in the night, a high number of infections and also sturggling to pass urine although my bladder feels full.
Does anybody have any idea of what the blockage could be? Or anybody else have the same problem as me?

It could be the result of an infection, causing inflammation and leading to a blockage. It may be the result of a spasm. It's hard to say for sure. Once you get your test results back you'll have a better idea.
