31 Year Old Male Never had an orgasm (Primary male anorgasmia)

I am looking for anyone who can help with this issue. I am a 31 year old male, happily married to a wonderful woman of 30. I have not spoken with a doctor about this as of yet, I've just been trying to research the issue myself. To put things plain and simple, I cannot nor have I ever achieved an orgasm via any means. I don't have an orgasm during a "wet dream" either. My wife knows this, and together we have tried many things, including prostate stimulation, oral sex, delaying ejaculation etc. I have no problem ejaculating, and there is plenty of volume. I have three children, so for all intents and purposes everything elce works as it should. I have tried several suppliments that promise to give you a better more powerful climax, thinking maybe it would help give me the ability to achieve climax. I have also tried separate herbs and vitamins, including Gensing, zinc, yohimbie, saw palmetto, turned on goat weed, just to name a few, these have increased my libido, but no orgasm. I don't have any history of sexual trauma, no anxiety issues or mental illness. Life is good. I don't use drugs, don't smoke, don't drink but occasionaly, and I am not on any anti-depressants. I don't have any medical illnesses, and I am in overall good health. Is there anyone out there who knows what to do? I have researched online, and from what I can discerne it could be called "Primary male anorgasmia". There doesn't seem to be a lot about treaments, and it's noted that it is probably understudied and under reported, since most men just like myself, don't want to go to the doctor and talk about it. Help?
