Well I did not think I'll be doing this but I really need help. I consider myself well informed, I knew that my last 3 months of pregnancy would not be easy, still I'm amazed by changes my body is going through. My friends with kids eplained this in one sentence - 3rd semester and alot of pressure down there. They are right and, well I need more info so that I could help myself and my baby. Give me some advice, please.

Here you go - backaches, hip pain, leg cramps, sciatica, vaginal pain, swelling, heartburn, hemorrhoids, sleep problems, itchy bellies, stretch marks, varicose veins, shortness of breath, frequent urination and many more are annoyances that could happen to you in 3rd trimester. Well, unfortunatelly, some of these you're already experiencing. There are much you can do to lighten your problems a bit. Warm bed, a lot of rest, very easy body exercices, vitamins, minerals, stress avoiding techniques, these are just few of things your body must accept. But it will soon pass and you will be the happiest person in a world. Trust me. 3rd semester and a lot of pressure down there - in a couple of weeks, you won't remember a thing.
