Hi, lately I was advised to avoid milk to stop my arthritis troubles. However, it makes no sense to me. Should I try it? Has anyone got some results from this method?

In case of rheumatoid arthritis when all of the joints are involved, the cause is not physical, but it is induced by some substance. Usually, casein from milk is responsible for aggravating symptoms of arthritis. After eliminating milk from their diet, some people achieved long term relief from swollen, painful joints, stiffness, difficulties in moving and other symptoms. All dairy products should be avoided. No more skim or whole cow's milk, goat's milk, cheese, yogurt, cream. You must pay attention to list of ingredients, when buying a product, because powdered milk is an often used ingredient.
