Hi! I have been having some Lower stomach pains. I went to my dr and we checked to make sure I don't have any cysts or and infections or std's all of that is clear.... So we changed by birth control pill and I was supposed to start the new pill when I started my next cycle which should have been June 9th it has not come yet! I have been very nauseous and have been vomiting almost everyday for about 3 weeks, not including the crying over silly things! my fiancé and I thought I was pregnant so I went to have the blood test done and my hcg levels were normal. My doc said it could be to early to tell still, but I thought with blood tests I would have a definitive answer! Yesterday while I was getting ready for work I notice light brown discharge only when I wiped. Then I have light bleeding that was bright red, and today it is back to a darker brown color. Any ideas as to what is going on?

That's what we were thinking. However I'm really worried I got really severe muscle spasms in my left pelvic area this morning. :/ I had a little bit of blood it got kinda heavy at one point so I thought it was my period but it is done already and it has only been 2 days! I'm going in tomorrow for a pelvic ultrasound that my obgyn scheduled to verify no cysts. I haven't talked to her today so she doesn't know about the pain. Can they tell if I'm pregnant with an ultra sound yet? Or will they even look?

So I went and had my ultra sound done today. Just waiting in the results. Still no real period. I also took a hpt and it came back negative. I startes having spasms in my lower stomach towards my pelvis. They don't hurt just kind of annoying. Just not real sure what my body is doing
