Im 16 and have been weight training for about a year now and my right pec, bicep, tricep, shoulder, and quad muscles have been getting bigger faster than my left pec, bicep, tricep, shoulder, and quad has, is this a normal thing in weight training or is it caused by something wrong Im doing.

If you are a right-handed person, you are likely to unconsciously "work harder" on your right side than on your left resulting in the imbalance. I have the same problem as you do. Other people don't notice it but I do. I think the solution to this problem is to isolate train your left side exclusively using free weights to compensate for the deficit. I am glad you mentioned this, because this is something that I should have been doing more often.
