I have a friend that is complaining that he is always freezing cold, even when he is in 2 or 3 hoodies. Today he started shaking. This has been going on for 2 days. Any ideas on what it is or how to treat it.

If this just started then I'd question if he is ill. Does he say anything about having a cold?
If he has not had a physical lately and is not complaining of illness than that might be a good idea.
