18 year old male here, not circuimsized...
Few questions, I HOPE some of you will take the time to answer them please!
When I pull my foreskin back, it usually goes over the head and not further. The farthest I've taken it is just where the head of our penises ends, I think you guys know what I mean.
Two things...one...is it supposed to go further or is this the limit? and two, if it IS supposed to go further, there is a little piece of skin or tissue that is connected to the tip of my penis. Its on the side facing DOWN, not me. I also think you guys know what this is. If i stretch my foreskin further, won't this tear apart? Thanks.

This is hard to describe, but the stretch-limit is this:
You should be able to see that the skin from your shaft and foreskin are actually one continuous piece of skin when retracted. If your limit is immediately at the the end of the glans (head of the penis) then there is still a little way to go. You need to pull it back because you need to clean underneath since smegma (a white film-like substance) will accumulate. Smegma lubricates the foreskin, and both men and women have smegma.
The little piece of skin is the frenulum. It can be noted that females also have frenulum (clitoral and labial). Your mouth also has frenulums, tissues under the tongue, inside upper and lower lip. Frenulums restrict or secure the motion of organs in our body (some are not visible). It will not tear unless violent or excessive pressure is used. Think of it this way, the frenulum under your tongue will naturally stop your tongue from moving further than it should. The only way you could rip the frenulum under your tongue is if it is cut or violently pulled. Normal use shouldn't tear a frenulum.
You should do research on the internet. When I was younger, I was afraid to pull the foreskin back since it was tight. I used to want to get circumcised because I couldn't pull the foreskin all the way back. Now that my foreskin is functioning the way that it should I wouldn't ever want to get circumcised. I don't think circumcision is necessary as long as you practice normal daily hygeine (daily showers with soap).
If the skin is tight, you should try stretching/pulling it back on a daily basis while in the shower (to keep it wet). Do this in steps that you are comfortable with, and realize that sometimes it may be painful if the skin is fused. It is normal for babies and young teens to have the foreskin fused to the head of the penis, however, it should not stay fused into adulthood.
I hope this helps!
