Hi, this is my first time posting here, with a little concern. I'm 16, not fit but I have been going to the gym at least 4 times a week for half an hour since August.
Basically, as the title states, sometimes I get odd sensations all at the same time which are:
A sudden 'rush', similar to adrenaline, but rarely sickening.
An odd visual sensation that's hard to describe..its almost like my eyes are being pressed towards their center, and I 'feel' something in my eyes but don't actually FEEL anything (Almost like my brain knows somethings off).
My heartbeat increases as if I had been doing some physical exercise.
With those sensations I almost feel like I..'enjoy' them (For lack of a better word).
I feel its necessary to say about 95% of the times it happens I have had sugary foods or drinks. Initially, before I went to the gym these 'episodes' were more frequent and increased in likelihood to occur based on how much sugary I take in, but since going to the gym they've happened less frequently (While the chances still increased with sugar intake). Every now and then, they actually make me feel nauseous but its a rare occurrence.
I'm thinking its just sugar rushes and I need to decrease my sugar consumption, but I'd like confirmation if it is or isn't before I ask my doctor.

Hi there,
I'm about 3 years late here : ) but I just happened upon your post and I had the EXACT same symptoms, right down to the part about not really minding the feeling (at first). I called them episodes then eventually freak outs. What they turned out to be were simple partial (temporal lobe) seizures. I would hope by now that you've found a cause and treatment for your symptoms. Hopefully if it is blood sugar it's controlled for you now. I read those as very concerning symptoms since undiagnosed epilepsy can be so dangerous. And it's not always what doctors look to when there are a variety of symptoms like you were having. Hope you are well and best of luck.
