I have discovered GTX Fiber. its a suppliment or powder. Heard Dr Oz talking on a show and said his family including his wife swear by it. Ive only been using it a week, but so far so good. I feel like ive lost in my abdomen area alrady. You should reseach it. I purchased mine at a all natural place. Apparantly a lot of people are swearing by it and the lady at the all natural place said she has seen clients come in with huge results. like 30-40lbs smaller. if you do use it, start out SLOW, one a day, or one a meal. Work your way up gradually. I too have the same problems along with PCOS and im only 32. Not fun.

Thanks for the CharcoCaps recommendation! I bought CharcoCaps at Walgreens and since I've taken them I feel much, much less bloated. And my bloating was so intense and uncomfortable, I was unable to eat for days. I am still going to see my ob-gyn just in case there are cysts to be worried about, though. But thanks again for the relief!

It's highly likely the symptoms you're all experiencing are benign and related to something not so frightening. BUT please don't use this forum to diagnose the probelm. My mom experienced these issues for years, chalking it up to past endometriosis, ibs, etc. As it turned out she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Many of these symptoms are present when one has ovarian cancer. They call it the silent killer because the symptoms resemble other seemingly little issues. Please go to a doctor when you're feeling these.

terris you should feel estatic and lucky u r still in the 120's. i was 120 and have gaind 120.....no reason. i know for a fact i have PCOS. saw it on ultrasounds when i was preg. for my first, and now have 2 children. i started to gain excesively for no reason as soon as i got preg. i did not know i was preg yet and already my jeans were tight, and had no idea why. so it was not in my head that, "hey i'm preg. gotta eat" I was not eating more. and was 5-6 weeks when i found out i was preg. and by 7 weeks in the lovely strethcy maternity clothes as my others were all way too tight and uncomfortable. only ate a small lunch and dinner at the time. now eat all 3 meals, but what i do eat are lean protiens, LOVE veggies, and little starch. but i do love my wine. I guess people with PCOS are very sensitive to sugars? good luck to you, but u sould feel fortunite ur not wose off....
