Abdominal pains is this IBS??

I am 14 years old and have always had problems with constipation. Doctors has given lots laxitives which do not help. I try to drink plenty of water and usual fibre. I have had also a scan which said nothing to help. I am now regularly in pain which is running across the top of my tummy under my ribs. Plain so bad I cant move. I am bleeding from back passage when I go to the toilet and sometimes they are covered in mucus. I have gas. I feel very low and always very tired and cant get out of bed. I have more recently been having headaches and strange ear ache. I am desperate now to find some help if just to relieve the pain. Anyone out there have similar symptons or can advise. :-(
