Hi, I am an older colleague, I suppose, I have more knowledge about this subject. Abnormal blood vessels are usually found in tumorous tissue. It is because, tumors grow very fast and its blood vessels as well. Because of this enhanced sped of growth blood vessels are not able to maturate and they stay abnormal.
