I had a cat scan with contrast done and it came back abnormal due to a spot found on stomach..I've had a upper gi and colonascopy done that both came back fine..my initial complaint was problems with my bowel and swelling on upper left side of stomach..my question is ..if it was cancer wouldn't the ct scan be able to verify that
