You do not need parental consent in NY state. You can go. Your boyfriend will have to wait outside. He is not a guardian or parent, boyfriend doesn't count.
I URGE you to talk to your parents about this. There are other options available for you including placing the baby up for adoption. You will need to follow up with the doctors.
