I am a Hungarian adult 59 years old. I was on accutane about 30 years ago. The tinnitus started at the middle of my treatment. I continued taking the medcine. The buzzing (ss) sound is continous from these days. It is moderate like a normal ss voice. It can disappear very rare if 1. I drink white vine 2. I take a warm shower 3. I take Gingko Biloba. These methods are not absolute but I think the problem is that the accutane lifted my sugar level in the blood. I have about 6.2 value at mornings. I take medcine against blood sugar but it does not modify my ear (head) noise. I experienced that some eatings, those that cause "grains" in the blood worsen the problem immediatly. Sugar rich eatings also cause harder noise, because the sugar results in smaller diameter of micro blod wessels. The noise is absulute similar to water slag(? Tube) noise, when somebody applies smaller diameter to the flexible slag. Check it! My second experience was that my super brain destroyed by the accutane. This caused by the same effect. That is the brain micro tubes of blood become smaller. I suppose, the "oil" disappeared not only from my face, but from my all body, so from my ear and from my blood wessels too. The result is a more stupid brain, rigid walls of the blood wessels, tinnitus and a lower level of live quality...but my face become normal without oil..
Now I started to listen to music. High end music, as a hobby. It helps to hide the tinnitus, that I not hear if I not focuse to that. I heard about a special electronic small box (2000eur) that can normalize the conditioning of the neurons in the area of the hearing part of the brain. I don't know that it is good for us or not, because I know that my problem relates to the diameter of blood wessels. A good method to record the tinnitus level plus eatings, medcines, motion and other life parameters for a longer period then check the correlations between the tinnitus level and the others. Other good method to collect the experiences of others. I am here because of this. Thank you very much for your stories!
