Hi everyone,

I've been hestitant to post but I am really wanting some feedback and help! I removed my tonsils on Friday 23 Jan at about 11.30am. It is now day 8 into the recovery and I am feeling like it's gradually getting better. I still have a lot of white stuff at the back of my throat. But the problem is my uvula is still quite long and stretched out. So it's a struggle talking and even swallowing. I just want it to go down. I have been reading alot from many different websites which is kind of helped. I am really hungry and haven't been able to eat much at all. Some days I'm fine to eat, other days I'm not. I'm currently sitting here eating jello. How much longer will I have my swollen uvula for? It almost looks like theres water filling it and it sits on my tongue if it flops forward.
