Hi,
I have psoriasis, coupled with some odd allergies that have me living with a steady diet of Reactine to keep my itchy skin at bay. I have been doing a lot of personal food testing over the past year and have noticed something very peculiar.
I seem to be fine if I eat chicken breast or wings, (the only chicken skin I eat is on wings,)
But, if I eat chicken legs, I seem to get itchy within an hour or two.
Does this make any sense? I could be wrong, maybe it's a side dish or spice, but they are usually quite bland.
