hi i am 13 and 110 but i am 29 inches with a pouch and i want to get rid of that and at least be 27 inches or 26 and i want to feel good about my self so really i want a flat stomache.

When you work on your abs unfortunately you are not really flattening your tummy but you are pretty much strengthening your back. To cut belly fat you have to watch your diet and low body fat. Everyone stores fat in different places.
