Please help me! I have been exercising like a madwoman for the last two months. I do the Cindy Crawford one hour work-out as well as a kalenetix class once a week. I have also been jogging a few times. The thing is, I am losing fat and am definitely building muscles, but my belly is still "fluffy", if you know what I mean? No amount of ab crunches seems to help this. Do I need to look into lipo suction? Or are there any other - REAL, PROVEN - ways to lose belly fat and gain a flat stomach?
