This is a tough one. You should know that it wouldn’t be easy to lose fat from just the place you want, stomach in particular in your case. You have to look at your body as a whole and it is pretty hard to focus on losing fat in just the area you think there is much of it. So, what you actually can do is just putting the accent on the exercises of the particular group of muscles, so you should be doing more abdominal exercises. You should know that a flat stomach cannot be achieved using exercise alone, it also requires the changes in eating habits. You should start with a healthy diet with slightly low calories included, but you don’t cut the calories intake as this could result in lowering your metabolism and losing your weight and this is absolutely what is not your goal.
You should consult someone about the work out program, the aerobic exercises will help burn fat from fat cells, directly including stomach. With regular aerobics and toning exercise done together the stomach muscles should show through eventually.
