i smoke weed for less than 6 times in my life and stoped in last month and i dont feel normal again i think too much and think seem to repeat themself and affected my study,am having headaches almost everyday need help on the food i should eat?

Can't make much sense out of this, but eat healthy food and drink a minimum of 5 glasses of water a day....

It depends on the potency of the weed you smoked and how your body reacts to thc. If you had any other medical problems before smoking it could make it worst or bring underlying symtoms to the surface. Just eat a balanced diet with fruit and vegetables and drink lots of water could be your dehydrated. I'm actually feeling the same exact way, except I been an occasional smoker for the past 2 years. You'll get better
