Well I'm 5ft7, 13 and a girl. I weigh 113 pounds (8.13 stone). My question is am I healthy or not? I'm not too sure if I exercise well so: Monday: tae kwon do - 2hours Tuesday: P.E lesson - 45mins Wednesday: nothing Thursday: nothing Friday: tae kwon do - 1hour P.E lesson - 1hour and a half Saturday: nothing usually Sunday: nothing usually I don't eat much and its under what I should be eating calorie wise. I'm not really too bothered about all of that but I look fat, that's the problem.

You are 13. Your metabolism will increase as you get a little older. Just try to do something active for 30 minutes each day and eat whole one ingredient foods as much as possible. For instance an apple is one ingredient, an apple pie is not.
Personally I wouldnt worry about it at this point. Just enjoy being young and have fun. Later if you do get fat just make sure you're healthy. There are plenty of guys like me that prefer chubby women, but you don't want to get diabetes.

Also I'm a bit worried because I am always hurting myself, not seriously, like a sprained wrist or a twisted ankle. I not bothered about the safety side of it but I'm just wondering if its normal?

Its perfectly natural at your age hun as we like to do silly things and be adventurous without thinking of the consequences first :-)

When we are young we dont have a fear of things like hurting our selves unlike when we get older we tend to think more about what the worst can happen is :-)
