I'm 13 and I'm 5'2 and weigh 175 pounds and I was wondering who knows how to loose weight fast but no diet cuz I'm on a salad diet which I don't know if it'll work and I also have 1hour of fitness at school ... Any suggestions

Might have to do a little more than 1 hour of fitness. Eat some Raw Bee Pollen. Best company to get it from would be Bee Rescued. Do a lot of walking. You can also see an acupuncturist.
