I'm 13, quite soon to be 14 and was 126lbs when I last weighed and I'm 5 foot 2.5. My BMI says I'm healthy, as does my mum but she's obese. I get out of breath going upstairs and I hate how I look. I'm a UK Women's 10-12 clothing size or 15-16 years in kids clothing. I've already been through puberty/puppy fat stage and have put on another stone in weight in the last year :-( I'm so depressed that I can't sleep (hence the time I'm writing this). Please answer honestly as I really need to know, you won't offend me. **this post is edited by moderator *** *** web addresses not allowed*** I feel like I weigh more than 9 stone/126lbs/57.3kg, I'm not sure if the scales are accurate. Can someone tell me if they think I weigh more than this. Thank you.

The pictures aren't showing up, no I do not think you are fat I'm going through the same problem. However watching what you eat and exercising regularly will prevent obesity and self-love helps w the depression. If you are that sad about it then I suggest changing diet and exercising. It does wonders :)

Thank you for your honestly. Do you think this would be classed as obesity and do you think the scales are wrong? Would you recommend I see a doctor?

Hey girl I dont think 5'2" at 126 pounds is fat your normal weight should be 112 lose 5lbs and you will feel better. start off just losing 2 lbs u might have annorexic tendency due to your mothers weight. I mean in your thinking. You r not your Mom. And I imagine this could be horrifing seeing her eat. I would seek out counseling. Keep positive
