Are you using any type of lubricant when masturbating or doing it dry? When you do it dry you can rub yourself raw. Are you sexually turned on when masturbating or do you just grab your penis and pull it hard? Are you ejaculating semen then stopping or stopping before you ejaculate? You have probably heard the term "blue balls" before well this is something that happens to men when they get all worked up but do not ejaculate. It is known to cause a pressure and pain feeling. No lube but its not extremely painful. I dont know if its an orgasm but after whatever it is i just have to stop, because i just think ive worked it too hard. Really my question is. For every guy its different. Some guys cant move after having an orgasm and say their legs go numb while others will get right up and go on with there day. Usually with men when they orgarm there is semen (white liquid) that comes out of the head of their penis. When masturbating do you get to the point that semen comes out or do you stop before that? Also try using some kind of lubricant like hand lotion, lube, olive oil, petroleum jelly, etc. It will help cut down on friction which may help take away some pain so its more pleasurable for you.

When you say it hurts, how does it hurt? You need to describe where the pain is and what it feels like.
