You might want to take a pregnancy test just to b sure. Irregular periods are such a road block for women who are really trying to have a baby. Because you never know exactly when your ovulating, it's hard to pin point anything. In your case, you have irregular periods as well and you probably don't know when you ovulate either.
If your x made penetration (intercourse) then you are no longer a virgin. There is no hard and fast rule that you must see blood the first time you have sex either. Some hymens rupture very easily with nothing to show for it, while others are like elastic and are extremely hard to break and may need the help of a gyno to help it along. Bottom line is...if you had intercourse then you are no longer a virgin and your hymen is possibly torn even tho you did not bleed.
If you are stressing this, that is a big factor in keeping your period away. Stress can do strange things to our bodies and minds. Buy a test and take it and if your not pregnant and you continue to have unprotected sex without a condom, you will eventually end up that way. Consult with your local Planned Parenthood, they can hook you up with everything you need to stay protected from an unwanted pregnancy to a nasty STD.
