hi. i am a 14 year old girl and i'm about 5'7. i weigh around 142. is that average weight? i'm tryin to loose weight, i am working out after school everyday...but only for an hour. also my cousin weighs about the same as me and is about the same height...but she shows it more than i do..if u know what i mean. i just want to know how i can loose some weight kinda fast.
