Anal sex and ibs

I'm a gay man and have IBS, I don't indulge in me receiving Anal Sex, but the two times, I have been on the receiving end, I have had terrible diarohea afterwards. I am not sure if they are linked.

Well irritable bowel syndrome affect your colon and the symptoms are usually present as cramping, bloated gas, diarrhea, abdominal pain and constipation. The thing is that irritable bowel syndrome doesn’t have you damage your colon and as much as I know it can last for long period of time. In my opinion all you have to worry about is the food you eat before sex. Try to avoid food that will irritate your stomach and make you constipated. Maybe it’s the best option to monitor your diet for several days before you have anal sex. One more thing that came to my mind is a sex position. Try to find a position that won’t cause any problems.
