Embarrassing anal and enema question. :/ (way too much TMI..)

I don't know much about sex as i've never had sex with a partner. But there is something i want to tell u. Anus is not for sex. I'm not telling anal sex is not good. It might feel good but being contented with juz vaginal sex sounds better for me.

Thanks for your comment, but I love anal sex. I do both kinds and I wouldn't be content to just settle on one or the other. :)

It sure sounds like it's water related. Have you tried pushing less water in? I'm not familiar with what you are doing so I don't know exactly how you use the enema to wash it out. I assume you do it more than once until it comes out clear. What I'm thinking is that some of it is left way up inside so if you don't push as much in all at once maybe that won't happen.

Do you think you are shoving some air in, along with the water. If so, try to make sure the enema has no air in it. You know, like they do with a needle before they inject you.

I hope you are having fun. I would have loved to try stuff like that but my wife was not adventurous at all. I was lucky to be allowed to lick her vulva and usually only after a few drinks. It was missionary only, not even doggy style. The only time she got on top (which I absolutely loved) was right after I got home from having heart bypass surgery.

So I say, enjoy everything you can, while you can. Don't feel bad about asking.

If the enema alone is not working for you, start a high fiber diet. High fiber prevents the "stickiness" of the fecal matter to the rectal walls. You may also try the high fiber pills with your regular diet. Try using the Fleet brand of enemas. Fleet has differnt kinds with different fluids in them. Give yourself an hour or so before anal sex and avoid eating. The eating just pushes the food down further in the digestive tract. Once in awhile prior to doing anal masturbation, I use an enema/douche bag. I fill it with warm water and a tablespoon of dishsoap. I have also used warm milk. The former is for cleansing and the latter is for relaxation.

I have an extremely high fiber diet- have for years (for weight management and loss). I also used to take fiber pills but it was overkill. (Eating disorder issues....anyway..) Actually made the enema problem worse. I think I had too much. I still have quite a lot, but a little less and the problem isn't actually as bad as it used to be. Weird...:/ Coincidence?

It seems to stay up even if I try to do less enemas, but I do still do quite a few. I always make sure there is no air. Don't wanna add farting noises in the mix. How awkward! Haha.



I am definitely having fun. Aww, that would be a bummer. We had missionary for almost 5 years with not much else mixed in (Maybe some oral, mostly on him but sometimes me and some cowgirl) until a few months after we turned 20 and got married. I finally suggested more. We had both thought the other was a prude. How wrong we were. :P Now we do anything and everything. :)

I've heard of fleet but I can't find them where I live in Canada. :( I also have anal too much to use much else but regular water without causing harm. (Usually have anal almost everyday- trying to cool it a bit right now and have some more normal, but it is still frequent.)

Lynn, my wife and I had many of the same problems you and your partner do. Enemas before anal sex always left enough liquid to sometimes make a mess, and waiting 3-4 hours after the enema was just too long. So, at the risk of TMI, here's what we've done and it works great - no more mess..... Option #1 - take or ask your lover to give you a couple of glycerine suppositories in the morning when you wake up. The body has a wonderful way of cleansing itself and the suppositories will usually create a large bowel movement in about 45 minutes, very effectively and naturally clearing the rectum for the remainder of the day. Option #2 - You only have to clean the rectum for anal sex, not your whole colon. The enema works on the whole colon and brings down a lot of material that would not otherwise get in the way. Buy an attachment for your shower hose, its called a "Shur-Shot". Take a shower before having sex and use the Shur-Shot to clean your rectum, just let the water flow in and out, don't hold it, don't let it fill you like an enema does, just rinse. It will make you feel nice and sexy, and clean your rectum thoroughly for trouble-free penetration later. Enjoy.

my husband only does anal on me when i am on my period. only then i will submit to it he has got to give me a cleansing enema first using my douche bag which i always leave hanging in the shower.

I'm a gay male who loves anal sex. For years, I've used regular enemas (I prefer generic over Fleet because Fleet has a flimsy tip that is more difficult to use, meanwhile generic uses hard tip, which might sound more difficult, but think about how much easier it is to insert a hard penis into your rectum versus a semi-hard penis).

If you use these enemas, do NOT use the saline solution inside. Pour it out, rinse thouroughly and replace with regular water. Why? Because the saline solution contains chemicals that act as a laxative, which your insides absord and can cause an unwanted bowel movement later while in the middle of sex.

Since I don't do anal every day (usually four times a month), I also take Immodium anti-diahreahal pills to slow/stop digestion. You can begin the night before with two pills or take after your first bowel movement the day of. If you do anal a LOT, don't always take Immodium because it's not good for you on a regular basis. Even if you only do every now and then, do not take more pills than allowed by instructions in a 24 hr period.

Here's another tip to ensure there's no residual impacted water up there or fecal matter...COUGH hard after the last few enemas. Blow your nose hard. Sneezing is good too if you can force it (sniff black pepper helps). Coughing and sneezing are directly related to your ass and helps get rid of anything left behind (that's why prisons have inmates cough during rectal exams when they try to find drugs or other contraband hidden in ass). I promise you coughing/sneezing will help remove stuff that might otherwise remain up there. It's a great trick!

Even though the water enemas are usually effective, I've been hearing lately the BEST method is dry enema: using a syringe, squirt about two tablespoons of KY Jelly lube (must contain glycerin) into anus and supposedly in about 30 min you'll have a big bowel movement that gets rid of everything in the rectum (but not high up in the colon). People swear by this method, even porn stars. The downside is it only cleans out the rectum so if hours and hours pass before anal sex, OR if you're having an all-night session, fecal matter can descend from upper colon into rectum when you're trying to have fun. This method also prevents stripping the walls of natural lubricants and if any traces of stool remain, they stay on your inner walls and don't transfer to penis (supposedly). The other reason I'm excited about this method is hopefully I'll save time. Again, sometimes it's taken me 3 HOURS to completely clean myself using wet enemas (rarely is it under one hour). So I'm going to try this dry method on a day I don't plan to have sex and use a sex toy later to see how clean it actually gets me, and for how long. 

There is no one size fits all. Each body is different. I'm usually successful (with the wet enemas) to the point I can have sex for two nights and be totally clean. I'm sure the Immodium helps prolong the time I stay clean. Hope this helps!

Use a standard enema/douche bag with vaginal tip. Use very warm water only. Self-administer the enema STANDING UP in front of the toilet. Use plenty of vaseline, and stop the flow of water as soon as discomfort occurs; expel the water, and flush. repeat this process until the water reasonably clear albeit a little cloudy (3-4 times). This process can take as little as 10 minutes from beginning to end. It's relaxing, sensual, erotic and quick. You need to clean ONLY that "storage area" adjacent to the anus. That's the vacant office space your partner will use. Not your entire digestive system. Keep it simple. It's fun when you do.
