I it's my first time here. My problem is that for a couple of weeks on and off I have been having palpitations which began after I drank some coffee one morning that lasted almost the entire day. However it stopped and then a couple weeks later my co-workers daughter was missing and the palpitatations came back and lasted for about 3-4 weeks on and off and this happens mostly at work, i went to the docotor and he gave me some pills to take at nights however i did not finish taking them as the girl was found and the palpitations stopped. Then about two weeks after againg they returned. The Doctor sent me to do a ECG-result normal he gave me blood presure tabs to take and sent me to do thyriods test etc, did that and it turned out that I have a severe case of aneamia. Am on medication which is helping because i have little or no palpitations but sometimes if something happens or I think about something too much it comes back but just for a few secs. I suffer from Panick/Anxiety Disorder as well. Now the problem I have is a funny sensation in my back cant even describe it, am nervous and my hands shake. Could it be that my nerves is going bad as well? I worry a lot over everything and any thing. I have been working for about two years straight without taking vacation leave, I feel week, tired and lifeless sometimes, sometimes I can't see so clearly and all of these things make me fret a lot and I know it makes things worst for me.

Thanks for the information but I really urgently need more information on the aneamia and how to stop the panic/anxiety attacks and what might be causing the unexplainable discomfort in my back and why the attacks mostly happens at work.
