hope this helps, the attacks and anxiety was probably due to something that occurred a few months prior the first attack.. Could be something that distressed you pretty strongly, if so think about counselling and resolving the issues. Also the alcohol would of made things worst as it weakens you in more ways than one, think about getting a healthy diet, looking into vitamin c, b's and zinc etc. and work with a professional. May be a bit hard to commit at the begining but the longer you leave it the more pain you will go through... most importantly get your balance, become healthier, happier and more focused on a positive future.
