Dear Lovely

There is absolutely nothing wrong in a married woman having sex every day. It is a very healthy practice, and there is very little problem associated with it. Some women suffer from over-stimulation, and then suffer cystitis (but that isn't limited to everyday sex). But generally what you are doing is absolutely fine and highly commendable. Keep it going!!

  1. "now a days m not getting orgasm while sex" Does this mean you used to?
  2. "while sex" Does this mean "during sexual intercourse"?

"what could be the reason for it ?" There could be several reasons, but you don't say how extensive your sexual activity is and how that has changed.

How much foreplay is there? Has it changed? Ar you as roused as before? Is he? Does your mind wander? What has changed in how you do it?

Hope this helps as a start, but feel free to ask again.

Hi Shepherd999
Thanks for the answer.

There is a good foreplay between me n my hubby before having sex. Though i am not getting orgasm, several times i get pain inside indeed. I m facing this problem since past 5-6 months.

As u mention like 'Ar you as roused as before? Is he? Does your mind wander? ' i would like to say that everything is going well as before used to.

Before i used to get orgasm as soon as we start foreplay.
So i asked what could be the reason for not getting orgasm now.

Dear Lovely

"i used to get orgasm as soon as we start foreplay" That is very quick! It may be that you were extra sensitive to touch in the early sexual-activity days, and need a greater variety of touch and longer period of foreplay. Do you get an orgasm through masturbation? Then let your husband know how you do it.

"several times i get pain inside" Is this inside your vagina? Is it when he fingers you or when his penis penetrates you? That may be due to less lubrication (because you have not orgasmed), and that would impact on your ability to orgasm. Try using some extra lubrication.

To be of more help I would probably need more explicit details of your sexual activity (how you do it, technique .... ), and how you respond and what your feelings are like when thus stimulated. If you would prefer to give that sort of information in private, feel free to do so.

Hope this helps as a start.
