Are All Symptoms the Same For Each Girl

I ask this because i havent had my period in 5 days the only other thing is i am tried most of the day, and i feel a little sick at night but nothing to major, and my breast are slightly tender but larger then normal....and i read all these other post and my symptoms aren't as bad as all the other girls, but i have never missed a period in my life, especially for 5 days....so are all symptoms different for each person?
