My two friends and I start to workout in the same time. Until now, they have bigger progress in biceps development than me. Am I doing something wrong? Does the development depend of genetics or nutrition, or all together with exercise I make? We do shoulder and military press only. Is there any routine?

First, every one of us is completely different individual and we do react differently on specific training. Second, bench is intended for pectoralis until military press is intended for deltoid muscles. Pay attention, do not bench over your shoulder area as it can cause damage of your shoulder joint. The best advice is to consult your coach in the local gym.
