I'm 31 years olds, married and trying to get pregnant and my husband thinks it is the aspartame in the soft drinks that we drink . But it might be something else I don't know that's why I'm asking.

It is not the aspartame in soft drinks, or anywhere else for that matter. Aspartame does not inhibit fertilization nor prevent pregnancy in any way. Numerous studies have also shown that aspartame has no effect on pregnancy or the fetus.
