I have started having problems with swollen ankles recently. As I have always had low blood pressure that caused me vertigos and dizziness I wasn’t thinking about could have hypertension. But obviously high blood pressure was the reason of ankles swelling and I had to start with the therapy. I got avalide that is diuretic to help remove that excess fluid from my body. I have started with one tablet a day. Swelling persists and I’ve noticed no changes related to my total health condition.

I have also started with avalide, one tablet a day, 6 months ago. It took about month for results to be checkable. That is the point with number of high blood pressure medications; it takes time for its complete effectiveness to be detected. Before my organism adjusted to the therapy, I felt nausea and pain in bones. That is very common reaction on avalide. But its diuretic effect helps very much in control of high blood pressure, so I feel much better and safer since have started with avalide, especially because had no symptoms ofhypertension, but my blood vessels suffered it.
