I'm sorry if I'm not able to understand but what do you mean by exclusive burping? I am not sure if I understand. Can you post and let me know what you mean by that? Thanks!

Hi, I have had similar issues with my back and stomach. It is like a band that goes around my body in my mid back area which tightens and feels like i am under a vice with a knife stabbing into me. I have had this since i was 15, so on and off for nearly 30 years and I figured out that it happened at certain times of the month and was due to stress and food sensativities. (for me spices, garlic, onion) I could not do anything except try and ease the pain, by making myself vomit. This eased the pressure and if i burped and passed wind this also eased it but in the past always ended up with me vomiting to make the pain go away. I could always tell when this pain was coming on. I have had lots of doctors appointments and procedures to try and figure this out and they just put it down to reflux and irritable bowel! For a few years when i felt the pain coming on I took a prescription drug that helped ease the pressure but i stopped using that when a few years ago, when i felt the pain coming on, I took two aspro clear tablets which to my surprise i could feel the aspro breaking up gasses in my stomach and the pain easing and going away. After all these years I found a simple remedy to take away the pain. Since then, about 4 years ago, i have not had an attack of pain that causes me to vomit and debilitates me. Thats not to say that i am not aware of what i eat and stresses i am under. I take care of myself and now know what i need in this situation. Which usually means, along with taking aspro clear, laying down with my head elevated, burping and realising gasses maybe with a heat bag but there is no pain anywhere near what i used to experience and usually i am up and about or asleep within half and hour.

Interestingly enough only this week i found that i have many gall stones, due to having an ultra sound for another issue, so after reading all the above information makes me wonder if gallstones do have something to do with it also??

I wanted to share this with you all to give you hope away from the terrible pain and I understand this is my story and works for me and may not help anyone else, but know there is something that will help you and it may be as simple as aspro clear!

I have the same problem. It happens with eggs. The stabbing knives in the middle of my back and nothing seems to help with the pain. A short time later I am perfectly fine. What causes this?

It's just gas trapped in that area of your body.

It happens once you perform a strenuous activity close to after eating.

Why is it all I want to do is eat when my back goes out (or in this case a spasm)? The dr. prescribed Robaxin and Voltaren. Neither do anything!
