I am a 64 year old women & have been in good health. I have some scoliosis & lately have a lot of stiffness in my spine and hips. It is uncomfortable but not painful.I have been feeling more tired lately.

Anyone, all of us are aging, some have a head start. If you have lived 64 years, you have some degeneration in the spine. This can be amplified , or made to happen quicker given the scoliosis. This curvature could occur with weakness or fatigue, but as well predispose the spine to function abnormally
giving you altered function and stiffness. At the bottom of your pelvis is your hips, so they certainly need to work together. Does an orthopedist who does backs help?

Get them to refer you on to a good back Physical Therapist
