BAD ATTITUDE PHYSICIAN

He is a great doctor I was one of his first patients to have the laser disc surgery. And he paid for it out of his pocket. I fully trust this man with my life and have on a few occasions. Who ever wrote this peice on how rude he is sounds like a patient that had issues abusing pain meds. did Daniel cut you off and now you are trying to get back at him through writing lies?

I saw Daniel thessfileld before can be rude i Wanted my sister to go with me the next I have a appt to see him soon because have medicaid have severe pain now from diabetes neuropathy hope his is more understanding!

I saw Dr Thessfield 5 years ago appx.& he seemed kind of mean then l babe another appt.to see him soon I thought it was just me hope he doesn't do that to me I am scared to see him.

I have known Dr. Theesfield for several years as he has treated my sister and he is straight with you but when your ua shows drugs in your system he will no longer treat you. So a lot of this negative talk about him has been from people who have abused drugs. I think he is highly professional and treats by the law. I would absolutely recommend him to you unless you are a drug abuser.

why are you so emotionally involved with your physician? why do you feel the need to defend him, take responsibility for him? not a good sign at all

My daughter's boyfriend had the misfortune of being referred to this man. He was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNATTENTIVE. He spoke negatively about the President, people of any race other than white, his own children and even after being told by the patient to listen to what his mother had to say concerning his medical condition the (so-called) Dr actually gave her "the palm" and refused to listen or allow her to speak. He increased the dose of the medication the patient is currently taking even after being told they can't afford the extra meds. This Dr should have his license taken away. He is NOT the only pain management dr in Longview. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. He is mentally unstable. At the least he is arrogant and obnoxious.

Dr Theesfeld is the best Pain Management ever.He's helped me get through every pain I've had in my back.herinated disc, scatitic nerves in my legs. I got to the point I couldn't walk. He is straight up with you in the most kindest way ever. Our urine test are steril. He is a profession doctor and such a blessing from God. His wife and staff are the same.I ask you to give him a try and you will know every word I've said is true.Melani Burkhart

He is a nasty man and a pretend doctor and I wait for the day that he has to answer for all the bad that he has done to so many including myself. I can forgive but not forget.

I went in today very first Time !!His Nurse was yelling She need to know when my pain first started . I told her years ago tears started rolling down my face he walks in the room what are you crying for are you Bipolar I look at him He's very nasty man talk's loud very disrespectful they guy in the lab said he hears how he talks to the pts most of them are women black women I want be going back!!!!

I know this is an old post but hoping somebody sees it. When the laws changed about making hydrocodone a schedule 2 med and made it almost impossible for other Drs. To prescribe it my neurologist referred me to Dr. Theesfeld and he kind of warned me how he was and then a friend of mine was his patient and told me how to behave when seeing him like don't talk until spoken to and only answer his question so that's what I did and never really had a problem with him. I have a lot of pain and needed my medication. Well my insurance changed in February and all the sudden he started saying my drug test was positive from meth. I have never done meth been around meth or even seen meth. He said this every month for like 3 or 4 months. When I went in last week he said it was positive again and he could no longer see me as a patient. I called the lab they used and talked to the chemist. He looked at the testing process and said it looked like something was not right and on careful review it looks like a negative and he would rerun it that same day and get the results to Dr. Theesfeld immediately. I also went to a drug testing place and had a drug test done and it came out negative then on Tuesday I was called for a random drug test at work and it was negative. I hand delivered the results to Dr. Theesfeld office. At 1st the nurse called me back but when I told her I was calling about what the chemist sent back and the results I brought in all of the sudden she did not have that information and would call me back in a few minutes and now they will not call me back. So in pain with no meds and no Dr. Also I looked at my insurance EOBs online and a pharmacy has billed my insurance for 4 months in a row for 8000.00 dollars in medications that are not even for my diagnosis. I called them and asked them about it. I refused the meds but was billed to my insurance. Has anyone else experienced this especially the drug test?? Also I live in Longview and wanted to know if anyone had a Pain management Dr. Here they would recommend?? This has been a nightmare and I am afraid they will get my records from his office and see the false drug test results and not see me. I just do not understand why a Dr.would do this to a patient.

He does this to all his patients, this guy is a quack, In Nacogdoches he almost killed my husband with stronger and stronger narcotics, he treated his patients worse than dogs, he cheated our insurance out of over $10,000, my husband now has a great pain management doctor in Tyler

I'm a retired nurse and business owner myself and I have seen plenty of Dr Theesfeld's antics through my husband and my mother who were both patients, of course you are still his friend, he is supplying you with your beloved morphine. My mother now sees Dr Davis who took over for him and is a much nicer and who truly is a qualified pain doctor

How did you find the new Doctor ? I need to find one for me I am not happy going to him and I have to go Monday and am dreading it for sure , I have got to find another pain management doctor , I am hoping you read this !
