bad nerves anxitey

After my very close cousin’s death I started having these weird dizziness and I even fainted a few times. Beside nerves attacks, I was having depression attacks, would suddenly burst into tears, avoid my friends. At the moment I was working like crazy even 12-14 hours/day. I went to the doctor’s and they sent me to the psychologist. He assumed that all the symptoms were just coming from the hopeless feeling I had because of the loss of my cousin. So, I did nothing. After some time ( 1,5 years ) it stopped. Have you been under any stress situations?

yes my daughter and i both do ,bad nerves and the anxitey some time when you have anixity dissorded you can have a dizzy spell form lock of oxegen.
