After a number of my close friends have been having a great experience with their Isagenix programs I decided to jump on the band wagon with hope of overall feeling better and maybe losing a little weight. I started with the regular daily program. Within 15 mins of taking the accelerator and shake I developed a massive headache and nausea. I thought I could power through it and did my 2nd shake. Within 1/2 hr I was in bed for the remainder of the day and night and slept over 14 hrs straight. The following morning I tried the shake system again but only got about 1/2 of it down before everything came up. I stopped immediately and it took me several days before I started feeling myself. While this system seems to work very well for many, I clearly am not one of those people.

I am currently going through this type of skin rash which started my 2nd month into the diet. Starting the third month I tried the chocolate mint. My skin reaction was so severe I immediately went to my Dr office. I also became very light headed and my bowels almost completely stopped working. My right arm swelled so much I had leasons and infection discharge. I've stopped isagenix completely. I've seen my Dr, a dermatologist, and an allergist. They've all agreed it's something in the isagenix shakes but they cannot tell me exactly what without extensive testing. I feel I am currently in limbo trying to get this under control. It was very scary, whatever caused this reaction luckily chose to come out through my skin. If it had gone to other organs I guarantee I'd been hospitalized. With all this in mind I know dozens of people on the program that have never been healthier. I myself lost 30lbs and felt great the first month. I'm putting this out there just as a tool and or help to anyone having this reaction. I would continue to recommend the program to anyone but with a side of caution.

I am sorry but I think you are another isagenix fanatic! How can a powder developed in a laboratory be healthier than natural food? All this c**p contains chemicals and as soon as you start eating normal food again you will put the weight back on 3 times more than you lost! Or you have to be on the programe for the rest of your life or until your kidneys can take no more of these Isagenix c**p! Everyone I know that is doing the 30 days look lifeless, pale and unhealthy! And they carry on saying how fantastic they feel! One day you will realise how much money you waisted and how unhealthy these stuff is! I tried and had to be admired tô hospital with serious gastroenteritis cause by the canola oil and synthetic vitamins they don't tell you about!

I have the same exact rash and it will not go away....I thought it was the accelerator but I think its actually in the shakes.

Hi, I had a very similar reaction! I started Isagenix on Sept 26th and did not have any adverse side effects until October 14th. That is when I started noticing some hives on my neck and lower back. Since that time, they have become more persistent and increasing in severity. I notice a huge jump after a cleanse. Last Tues/Wed I did a back to back cleanse and Thursday morning my whole left arm was swollen. I had lost 13 pounds in 7 weeks and was feeling really good so I’m trying to pinpoint if it’s a specific allergy regarding cleanses or if it’s directly related to starting the strawberry shakes as I started them at that exact same time. Either way, I had to come off everything and now I’m wondering if I’ll be able to resume any of it. I ended up in the hospital on IV steroids and lorazepam just to get relief. I can’t do that again.

I ended up in the hospital from Isagenix. Allergic reaction that caused my windpipe to swell. I’m not touching the stuff ever again. Worse part is all the isagenix disciples claiming it can’t be that. Yes it can. Turns out to be a diary allergy when I was told his was dairy free.

if you CHOOSE to use a whey based product knowing you have a dairy allergy then the problem is your stupidity not the product.
