OK so i woke friday morning of last week in severe pain, noticing it was hard to sit or walk.

i finally went to the bathroom and felt a large bump, and thought omg its cancer!

of course that was just me freaking out since ive never encountered anything like this before.

then over the hours i went into more pain, and my fiance took me to the hospital, i already somewhat knew it was a cyst.

just didnt think that could happen in this area.

the nurse and doctor told me it was a Bartholin Cyst, and it had to be lanced open.

i was really not into having more pain, nurse told me id feel the needle but nothing else.. (Ya right!)

i was already in an emence amount of pain, and they stick the needle in, i thought ok thank gods that is over, it was real painful, damn near passing out.

then she says ok it will get warm and we will start, your pain should subside in a minute.

i felt nothing, meaning no warmth nodda.

i still felt her hand and the incision!

that put me into shock, the entire time i felt her cutting me, and i was screaming at that point.

my detailed explaination for this question is to let someone else know what to expect, and also there may be something more important going on?

i see a doctor again tomorrow so i am sure i can ask more then, but i wanted some other oppinions if someone else felt this way?

i have upper right side pain, every so often i get pain in the right side of my stomache, little down from my ribcage.

throbbing sometimes, and then other times its not noticable at all.

but today being the fourth day out of having done the ER bit, i noticed my stomach is swollen on the right side.(sometimes right side near the bottom) the cyst was also on the right side.

doesnt hurt to push on or anything.

so, im taking the epsom salt baths, and doing antibiotics, they gave me pain killers, and ive a nice uncomfortable catheder hanging out.

how in the world this happenend is beyond me.(course i know but wow, talk about pain).

has anyone else had pains in the stomach like this before? could it be related in any way?

if so what else could it be??

im on antibiotics.
