been sick for over a month started with headaches and sore t

for a few weeks i had headaches, a sore throat, light sensitivity, and my head felt hot but only to me and i didn't seem to have a fever. and i always felt extremely cold all over. then more recently i've had horrible nausea to accompany those symptoms and i'm always so tired and can't concentrate. i have been shaking a bit too. if someone knows what i have i'd like help because i have never been sick this long in my life.
