hello =) I'm sort of newish to running, I've wanted to start running for a while now but due to my school classes and other things i haven't been able to. Now i just had a lot of my classes finish up and i took all my finals so i have some more free time and i have been running every day for a little less then two weeks now. i have some questions though, so ill just list them off like this =)

1.) when I'm running, the arches of my feet get really really sore after a while, almost to the point where I begin to limp and have to slow down. at first i thought it was just because i was out of shape and those muscles were weak, but it hasnt been getting better, is this normal for a beginer runner?

2.) this is actually two questions but anyway, when im running my heart rate gets pretty high, ten minutes into my run its hanging out around 180-190, is this alright? and also ive noticed my resting HR has lowered allot, if im just sitting quietly doing homework it rests around 40-45 bpm, should i be worried or is this ok for someone who started jogging?
